This Care Support Worker role focuses on person-centred support, independence and helping individuals live confidently within structured and supportive environments.
You will support service users in daily routines while promoting dignity, wellbeing, inclusion and community participation within a supportive and team-focused setting.

What You’ll Do:
- Support daily living and personal care routines
- Encourage independence and community participation
- Build positive and respectful relationships
- Support individuals in line with personal support plans
- Promote dignity, inclusion and wellbeing
- Drive service users to appointments and activities
- Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team
What You’ll Need:
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
- OR QQI Level 6 Social Care / Nursing qualification
- Experience supporting people with disabilities
- Full Manual Driving Licence and willingness to drive for work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good standard of verbal and written English
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Positive and person-centred approach to care
Candidates with experience but without qualifications may still be considered if willing to complete QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within two years.
Subject to:
- Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant roles
- International Police Clearance is required where applicable
