Social Care Worker | Residential Services | Dublin North West
We are seeking Social Care Workers to join residential services in Dublin North West. Salary is based on relevant public sector experience and is pro-rated €40,851 – €57,217. Our client has both full and part time hours available;
- Permanent Full-Time: 39 hours per week
- Part-Time: 19.5 hours per week
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting people with intellectual disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives.

The Role
As a Social Care Worker, you will:
- Provide support to individuals using a person-centred and holistic approach.
- Encourage independence, choice, and active involvement in the community.
- Support individuals to develop their skills, interests, and personal goals.
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure all supports are delivered in line with HIQA standards and best practice.
Essential Criteria
- Level 7 or higher in a CORU-recognised Social Care qualification.
- Vaild CORU registration or proof of application
- Full driving licence (driving service vehicles is required).
- Experience working in intellectual disability environment.
- Knowledge of HIQA standards, the Health Act 2007, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to support individuals to develop skills and pursue their interests.
