Maternity Project Outreach Support Worker at Women’s Aid
Our CSR partner Women’s Aid is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for the position of Maternity Project Outreach Support Worker. This permanent full-time position plays a pivotal position in supporting women through established referral pathways, offering specialized support to those presenting to pre-natal and post-natal services, as well as hospital-based Termination of Pregnancy services, affected by domestic abuse.
Key Details:
Reports To: Head of Regional Services
Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time, contingent on funding availability.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week excluding lunch breaks, within core office hours.
Location: The Women’s Aid head office, Dublin 2, with outreach responsibilities across Dublin’s maternity hospitals and community locations. A hybrid working arrangement is available, following the Women’s Aid Hybrid Working Policy.
Salary Range: €34,891 – €42,453 annually, based on experience and in accordance with their remuneration policy.
Position Purpose:
The Maternity Project Outreach Support Worker is crucial in maintaining and developing referral pathways, providing flexible and discrete support for women affected by domestic abuse during their pre-natal and post-natal periods. This position demands a high level of dedication, expertise, and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of clients, ensuring trust and quality support at all times.
