3Q Recruitment is thrilled to collaborate with our esteemed client, a leading private hospital located in South Dublin, in their search to welcome a dedicated and proficient Clinical Nurse Managers II (CNM2) to their Emergency Department team. Join us in an environment that celebrates respect, integrity, and exceptional patient care at its core.
  
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding patient care and support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision.
• Lead the ongoing improvement of nursing practices, service delivery, and staff education within the Emergency Department.
• Develop and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Document patient data and healthcare interventions effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid NMBI Pin is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in acute Emergency care environment within the past 5-7 years. With a minimum of 3 years’ experience at senior level.
• Demonstrated experience in critical or clinical care settings.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
