Location: South Dublin
Salary: €45,000 – €65,000 DOE

About the Role:
Are you ready to take a significant step forward in your nursing career? As a Clinical Facilitator in our clients Intensive Care Unit (ICU), you will be at the heart of enhancing patient outcomes. This pivotal job goes beyond the basics of nursing; it’s about mentoring, educating, and uplifting their nursing staff to excel in delivering skilled, compassionate care. Your expertise will be the guiding light for their team, shaping the future of nursing practices within the ICU.
Your Impact:

  • Lead the professional development of ICU nursing staff, enriching their New Graduate Training and Development Programme.
  • Spearhead educational and clinical programs, setting new standards for excellence in care.
  • Offer hands-on supervision and mentorship, nurturing the next generation of ICU nurses.
  • Empower their team with the knowledge and skills to excel in emergency response protocols and critical care advancements.
  • Collaborate on practice development projects, driving innovation and quality in patient care.

Who You Are:

  • A Registered Nurse with a robust background in acute care, boasting no less than 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 7 years dedicated to ICU.
  • Equipped with a postgraduate degree in ICU Nursing, with a master’s degree in clinical Practice highly desirable.
  • An experienced educator and leader, with a proven track record in teaching, assessing, and conducting clinical audits.
  • A communicator par excellence, with the leadership and coaching skills to inspire and elevate those around you.
  • A lifelong learner, committed to personal and professional development, with a keen understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
