Catering Officer – Dublin 2

We are seeking a dedicated Catering Officer to join our team in Dublin 2. You will lead and manage catering operations to ensure high-quality service and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and deliver high-quality catering services, meeting all client requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise catering operations including menu planning, food prep, and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, strictly following HACCP guidelines.
Manage staff, stock, and budgets to maintain efficient, cost-effective operations.
Lead and support the catering team, promoting excellence and teamwork.
Maintain accurate records of catering activities, staff schedules, and client communications.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure catering arrangements meet expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in catering, hospitality, or food service management.
HACCP Management qualification.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with proven team supervision experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to adapt to variable work schedules based on client needs.
Proficiency in software for record-keeping and reporting.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
