Ambitious, accomplished entrepreneur Cora Barnes is the co- founder of Three Q PERMS & TEMPS, Nurse Jobs Ireland & K.I.D.S. (NFP). Celebrating 20 years as Managing Director of Three Q providing temporary staffing solutions and permanent recruitment services in Dublin. Day job – the business of matching jobs for in demand talent for hiring companies. Passionate about quality in service, business & children's education. Graduated with a BA in Social Science in 1999 (that her Dad still laments was never used) and on graduation day received the company registration number of her first company she founded via text with her two friends. Cora values people, connections, networking, youth empowerment, supporting start-ups and continuous learning. Loves to escape to travel or dance or sometimes both at the same time.
Suzanne has worked with Three Q Recruitment since 2006. She started working with us as a Temp Consultant, then moved into our Payroll & Accounts Department and then moved on to become our HR & Operations Supervisor. In 2012, Suzanne decided to broaden her knowledge outside of the Three Q family and emigrated to Australia, where she worked with Australia’s largest IT Recruitment Agency managing a team of 30+ people. She then re-joined our team in 2015 as our HR & Operations Manager. In 2018, Suzanne started studying in HR & Management and became CIPD qualified. Anyone who knows Suzanne knows that she fair, open and extremely committed to delivering the Three Q’s – a Quality Service, with Qualified Candidates in the Quantity required by our Clients.
Lisa joined our Three Q Temps team in early Summer 2019. She comes from a call centre background where she successfully led a team of 8-10 people. She is a highly motivated person, enthusiastic about learning the role of a Temp Consultant and is looking forward to a new challenge.
Mawia joined our team just before COVID-19 reached our shores. Her adaptability and willingness to learn coupled with her previous experience in HR Administration has made her an asset to the company during this time. She is friendly and approachable and is probably the first person you'll talk to if you're shortlisted for an interview for a TEMP job with Three Q.
Shane has worked with Three Q since 2019. He originally joined the company as a member of our Temp team. During the Covid-19 pandemic Shane began to work in the office, helping the team with administration tasks. He demonstrated the ability to pick up new skills and worked efficiently within different areas of the company, leading to him joining us as part of our office team as a General Administrator in 2021. Shane is through, helpful and gets the job done.
Christina originally joined our team as a Temp Consultant in 2018. She then rejoined our team in 2022 as our Payroll Clerk. With prior management experience, Christina excels at working with people and managing people's work. She prides herself in her organisation skills. Christina is driven to broaden her experiences and skill set.
Sharon joined our team in 2022. Experienced in marketing and business, she is passionate about marketing and the heart of the business. She is a highly motivated person, innovative thinker and enjoys seeing new ideas come to life! Sharon embraces challenges as opportunities with a positive attitude and inspires others with her optimism. Her passions include reading, the outdoors and meeting new people.
Aisling joined our team in February 2023. Originally from Galway, she has been living in Dublin and working in recruitment since 2020. She has agency and in-house experience across the healthcare, hospitality, and tech industries. She also has a degree in human resource management and marketing from University of Galway, where a guest lecture from a former student piqued her interest in a career in recruitment. She loves the satisfaction that comes from helping people to land their dream job.
Kyle joined Three Q in February 2023 as a Talent Acquisition Administrator. After working in general customer service and the plumbing industry, Kyle is applying his interest in IT to his role as a Talent Acquisition Administrator, finding top Temp and Perm candidates using digital tools and apps. Kyle is no stranger to hard work and has a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. He takes pride in being thorough and in ensuring that the job is done correctly and professionally.
