Salary: €25,000 – €30,000 + Performance bonuses – OTE for Bonus for Year 1 €8’000

3Q Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Are you working in HR, sales, marketing, or retail management and looking for a new challenge? If you’re ambitious, people-driven, and eager to build a career in recruitment, this opportunity is for you!

Full induction, training, and skills plan for your first 100 days and established clients on board waiting for you to find the talent they are looking for.  You will be working with our medical clients, our clients looking to find nurses, radiographers, social workers, and you will be working with our catering clients to secure key managers, chefs and support staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain existing client relationships to secure placement fees for healthcare and catering placements
• New Business Development with companies who want you to be their recruiter
• Source and recruit, and place in demand professionals with jobs that they will grow and thrive in
• Pitch business services and convert leads into contracts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• To ‘Put People First’ in all your interactions – ensuring integrity, partnership and open communications are your foundations for all your interactions

Who We Are Looking For:

• Sales or business development experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
