3Q Recruitment – A recruitment and temporary staffing agency is expanding, and we are looking for a Trainee Recruiter to join our Temps Staffing division. A Trainee Temps Consultant is a person who thrives on working with 3 key sets of people – their team, companies who need the services of a temp’s agency and the temps workers who work with the agency.
You will really get to know your clients, know what temps work best where and know how to maximise customer satisfaction and hours billed by delivering a quality service. With existing accounts and lapsed clients, you will be required to sustain, ignite and grow 3Q Recruitments services in key strategic accounts. You will be working with two other TEMP Consultants, HR, and Management to achieve department goals & drive the company’s success. You could have experience in Sales, Customer Service, Administration, Time & Task Management. Excellent communication skills and a personality that loves to be busy and effective are attributes other successful recruiters in our team have.
About the job:
- Temp Rostering – Matching Temps to client needs in contracts across Dublin.
- Problem Solving – Finding solutions that work for both your Temp clients and the Temp professionals who work for the agency.
- Client & Hours Management & Development – Responding quickly to client’s TEMP hours and recruitment needs as well as building strong ongoing working relationships. Updating clients on all available TEMPS & introducing new TEMPS to on-going contracts.
- TEMP’s Management & Development – On-boarding newly recruited Temps and matching the right TEMPS with the right clients to ensure maximum hours are filled. Being the consultant, a TEMP worker says yes to when you need emergency cover for our clients.
- Delivering a Quality Service – Compliance with regulatory standards, client compliance – driving the highest quality standards ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures.

Key Job Duties and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a role where you used sales, customer service and problem-solving skills on an ongoing basis.
- Success in managing, developing and gaining clients/contracts.
- Good PC skills & an interest in how to use new platforms to drive candidate applications and brand values.
- Proven multi-tasker.
- Have the right attitude, drive and determination to succeed in a constantly changing environment.
- Good communication skills -spoken & written.
- Strong negotiation skills – getting a yes from clients & customers on a daily basis.
- An interest in HR
