We are recruiting a Registered General Nurse to join a community-based Multidisciplinary Health Team (MDT) in Dublin 1. This role supports people with complex health and social needs through person-centred, community-based nursing. You will work in a supportive, values-driven service where dignity, inclusion and wellbeing remain at the heart of care.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Provide community and outreach nursing care, assessments and interventions
• Deliver wound care, harm-reduction support, overdose response and health promotion
• Support chronic disease management, preventative health and community education
• Carry out domiciliary visits and work across outreach and primary care settings
• Collaborate with GPs, social workers, housing teams and addiction services
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records
• Participate in MDT reviews, audits and continuous service development
• Promote dignity, respect and wellbeing in every aspect of care

  
Requirements

• Registered General Nurse with NMBI (Active PIN for 2025 – required) OR fully eligible to register (Decision Letter / final stage of registration)
• Currently living in Ireland and able to work on-site in Dublin 1
•  Garda Vetting and legal right to work in Ireland
• Eligible to work full-time in Ireland without visa sponsorship
• Fluent English – written and verbal
• Experience in community nursing, primary care or outreach within an Irish healthcare setting
• Strong assessment, documentation and infection-control skills
• Understanding of harm reduction, trauma-informed practice and social inclusion
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational abilities

  
Salary & Benefits

• €46,226.13 per year
• 35 hours per week – Core hours 9am–5pm (Mon–Fri) – Flexibility between 8am–8pm when required
