Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Dublin 1

Salary: €28,000 – €33,000 plus benefits (after 6 months)

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our brand through effective digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop creative campaigns that promote 3Q Recruitment, attract top talent, and enhance relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract candidates and clients.
• Manage social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Optimise website content and SEO to improve user experience and search rankings.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants on marketing materials and job openings.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and recruitment needs.

Required Skills:

• Strong SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media expertise.
• Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
