Database & Sales Support Administrator
Job Title: Part-Time Database & Sales Support Administrator
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: 20 hours per week (1 day remote)
Salary: DOE
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Database & Sales Support Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the company database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, lead tracking, and report preparation.
- Assist in organising and scheduling sales activities and meetings.
- Respond to enquiries and deliver excellent customer support when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
