Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead in managing clinical caseloads, assessing referrals, and guiding patient care along the rehabilitation pathway.
  • Manage personal schedule, including rostering and time management, to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide top-tier outpatient, pre-operative, and post-operative rehabilitation services, referring patients to appropriate consultants and tertiary services as needed.
  • Maintain a consistent five-day-a-week service on a rotational basis.
  • Uphold meticulous record-keeping standards, including billing, and promote evidence-based practices and research initiatives.
  • Drive research endeavours within the specialty area and contribute to the continuous professional development program.
  • Conduct audits of service delivery within specialized streams of interest.
  • Exercise line management responsibilities for stream members.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance evaluations.

We’re Seeking:

  • Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree or equivalent.
  • MSc Physiotherapy, Strength and Conditioning or Sports Science.
  • 5 years post-grad experience.
  • Applicants must be a member of CORU.
  • Previous experience providing services to a sports team would be an advantage.
