On behalf of our esteemed client we at 3Q Recruitment are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist for our clients Rapid Cardiac Care team within their Blackrock Clinic. As part of the cardiology team, you will collaborate with experienced doctors and specialists to provide prompt and expert medical care for patients experiencing urgent cardiac symptoms.
 
 
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a group of patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
• Responsible for direct and indirect patient care, advocacy, audit and research, as well as monitoring patient progress, managing. symptoms, and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Provide skilled nursing assessments and care for patients referred to clinic.
• Demonstrating innovation and leadership.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
• Build relationships with other acute care facilities and GP liaison facilitators to promote services to general practitioners.
• Conducting thorough assessments of patients with cardiac conditions, including history taking and physical examinations.

  
Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid NMBI Registered Nurse License.
• Higher diploma Cardiology Nursing.
• Experience in Management.
• Experience in acute cardiology setting.
• Evidence of personal professional development
