We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join our clients esteemed Theatre Department. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality service in line with Theatre nursing standards, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the safe delivery and coordination of nursing services, ensuring effective and efficient care.
  • Plan, develop, and monitor resources to maintain service quality.
  • Lead innovations and improvements in specialist nursing services.
  • Investigate and address clinical complaints, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure the department is prepared for critical incidents and maintains high standards of care.
  • Promote a culture of openness, patient dignity, respect, and choice.

  
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Registered General Nurse (NMBI) with a management qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting, with 3 years in Peri-Operative Theatre nursing.
  • Recognized post-registration nursing course or pursuing same in Peri-Operative Theatre nursing.
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
