Catering Supervisor – Dublin 10
Join a busy canteen and kitchen team in South Dublin as a Catering Supervisor. This 3–6 month temporary role offers full-time hours, early shifts, and an excellent work–life balance in a supportive, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily canteen and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality service
• Lead and motivate catering staff to maintain performance and standards
• Uphold HACCP and food safety regulations
• Manage menus, stock, and cost control effectively
Requirements:
• Qualification in Catering or Hospitality Management (Level 7 desirable)
• Proven supervisory experience in catering, healthcare, or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene best practices
• Garda Vetting and legal right to work in Ireland
• Two recent professional references
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
• Starting from €20.07 per hour (DOE – Dependent on Experience)
• 3–6 month temporary contract, full-time (39 hrs per week, 5 of 7 days)
• Early-hours schedule for work–life balance
• Double pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays
