3Q Recruitment is thrilled to collaborate with our esteemed client, a leading hospital in Cork, in their search to welcome a dedicated and proficient Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to their team. Key Roles and Responsibilities:  

• Enhance and maintain the highest standards in patient care.
• Contribute to the effective use of hospital resources.
• Uphold core values of Human Dignity, Integrity, Compassion, Stewardship, and Service.
• Implement service improvement and development.
• Lead and problem-solve in clinical, operational, and interpersonal situations.
• Manage effective utilization of bed capacity and staff.

Essential Qualifications:  

• Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI.
• Proven track record in Nursing Management at a senior level.
• Completed a management course and/or other relevant post-registration courses.
• Extensive knowledge/experience of Nurse Management principles and practices.
• Specific knowledge of Quality Framework Health Services in Ireland and experience in Accreditation processes.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate.
