The end of a year can be an opportunity to reflect where we are at in our lives. The long winter evenings can give us some time to reflect and explore what opportunities are available. We may feel fatigue, lack inspiration or we may even feel that we have lost a little of our mojo. It’s at times like this that we need to be honest and ask; what can I bring into to my life that will bring enjoyment, connectivity and restoration; and how can I live my best life?

As we travel toward a new year, it is good to start thinking about the coming months.
